Day 18/100
A picture of your favorite place.
Sunday afternoons with the in-laws. Nope, no sarcasm here and you read the day's picture title right. This is absolutely something that I love. "Sharing a meal is a way to connect, to nourish our bodies, our minds, and our relationships" from Shift Your Habit, page 64. It really is something to sit around a table with people you can trust and share more than food with. There is something about knowing that the food you are about to eat was prepared with care. Unlike the care that can go into restaurant food, I mean, that cook doesn't have to eat what they make. Another great thing is multiple soft places to lay down and nap after a good meal. There are plenty of chairs to catch the sun and feel warm. The great things of being at the in-laws could easily become a list of iconic joys: laughter of children, sound of children playing, great food, comfy chairs, beautiful scenery, rocking chairs on the porch. Really, if you doubt how great this place is, I'd love to bring you and show you...I probably need to ask first.
