Day 32/100
A picture of what you did today.
...went to Pennsylvania! It wasn't my first activity of the day. I also couldn't really take a picture while working cause, well, I'm ready to get done and get home. I can however take pictures while Dennis, my co-worker extraordinaire, is driving. Monday I drove, and Dennis rode, up to Manassas, VA for a service call. After our service call, we then headed to Fredrick, Maryland, to get a plan together for a full install. We got a little bit of a head start and that took about 40 minutes off our work this morning. We were crankin out some wire runs by 8:00 this morning. We wrapped up by 1:30 and were on the road to Williamsport, MD. A simple DVR to computer upgrade went a little haywire. The customer decided they wanted extra cameras and the same building shared three businesses, each needing their own password to the cameras. Also, the location of the server changed so all the cameras got 25 foot jumpers...lame sauce. Our next stop was Hanover, PA. I realized that I hadn't heard from my office since I called around lunch time to line up a hotel for the night. I call and receive the panicked response of "I'm SO sorry, I forgot." Oh, that's cool. It's only 5 o'clock. You're 5 min. from home and we're 340 miles away from home, I'd forget in my own rush to get home. A few minutes later I receive a text with "Eisenhower Hotel, Gettysburg". Guess we get to sleep near the battlefield tonight. Ya'll have fun, after hitting up Hanover tomorrow and knocking out that install, Dennis and I will trek on down to Senerva Park, Maryland. Prayers welcome.
TREK HOME TREK HOME!! I'M LONELY!!!
