A picture of your hometown.
Thanks to Google Earth for helping me with this image. My hometown of Haw River. Haw, like "Hee-Haw" the show. I can't really say that Haw River was my hometown though. It was the address I lived at but most of our grocery runs were done in Burlington, our entertainment was found in Chapel Hill and mall shopping done in Burlington and Greensboro. Our fire district was Swepsonville and our trash went to the landfill in Saxapahaw. Oh, and between all that, I lived 8 minutes from Mebane (but almost 20 from Haw River). I like to quote my brother when people ask where did I grow up, my response is "The middle of somewhere".
