Day 70/100
A picture of someone you don't go a day without talking to.
If communication is key to relationships, I'd advise talking to your significant other every day. I realize that people have different love languages, but just because someone doesn't have "words of affirmation" as their top love language does not mean that he or she doesn't want to hear from you. I don't know how many times I've heard, "If they'd just let me know they're thinking about me." as a relational lament. Even something seemingly task oriented as, "I'm gonna be 5 minutes late, don't wait up on dinner. Love ya." can quickly turn into "I care about you and I didn't even want you to wait or be worried because I'm running behind. You're extremely important to me and I love you."
I love my wife and have come to realize, slowly but surely, how important communication is. Not just communication but planning. Not only do I talk to her everyday, but most days we speak more than 3 times a day. I must say she is extremely tolerant of my telling of the same stories, whimsical topic changes and even my poor timing with more sensitive subjects. Compared to all my friends and family that I would love to talk to more often, I wouldn't want to sacrifice a single moment that we invest into each other when we talk.
